Service Technician
Responsibilities:
  • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches

  • Ensure adequate functioning with on-site installation, repair, maintenance 

  • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols

  • Good Team Player

  • Comprehend customer requirements 

  • Must be a peoples person

Requirements:

  • Proven technical experience

  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service electronic equipment

  • English literacy

  • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules

  • Technical degree or no less than 2 years work experience in a technical field

Administration Assistant
Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Organize and schedule appointments

  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and quotations

  • Develop and maintain a filing system

  • Order office supplies and research new deals/business opportunities

  • Maintain contact lists

  • Provide general support to clients

  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

  •  

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  • Flexible, Team Player and a Peoples person

  • Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

  • Associate Degree in Business or a minimum of 2 years work experience
