Service Technician
Responsibilities:

Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches

Ensure adequate functioning with on-site installation, repair, maintenance

Requirements:

Proven technical experience

Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service electronic equipment

English literacy

Technical degree or no less than 2 years work experience in a technical field

Administration Assistant
Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls

Organize and schedule appointments
-
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and quotations

Develop and maintain a filing system
-
Order office supplies and research new deals/business opportunities
-
Maintain contact lists
-
Provide general support to clients
-
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Requirements:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Flexible, Team Player and a Peoples person

Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

Associate Degree in Business or a minimum of 2 years work experience
